What is included in a travel consultation?
Travel consultation includes a one-on-one session where we discuss your travel goals, destination ideas, budget, ideal dates, and preferences. You’ll receive expert advice and a clear direction to start planning.
Do I need to book a tour to get a consultation?
Not at all! You can book a consultation even if you’re planning to travel independently.
Can you help me plan a trip even if I already booked flights/hotels?
Yes! We can work around your existing bookings and help you create an itinerary and recommendations for the rest of your trip.
How much is the travel consultation fee?
Our standard consultation fee is ₱500, which includes a 30-minute to 1-hour one-on-one session via Zoom, Google Meet, or a face-to-face meeting. This covers destination insights, itinerary suggestions, visa guidance, and more.
How do I pay for the consultation?
You can pay via GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer, or PayPal (for international clients). Once payment is confirmed, we’ll secure your consultation schedule.
Is the consultation fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
What does personalized travel planning include?
It includes a fully customizable itinerary, activity suggestions, local tips, transportation planning, budget guidance, and optional booking support.
Can I make changes to the itinerary?
Absolutely! We’ll work with you until your itinerary is just right.
How long does it take to receive my travel plan?
Depending on your trip’s complexity, we typically deliver your plan within 5–7 business days after gathering all your preferences.
Do I need to pay in full to join a group tour?
No, we usually accept a 50% reservation fee. Full payment is due 30 days before the departure date.
Can I join solo?
Yes! Many of our travelers are solo adventurers. Our group tours are a great way to meet new people.
What’s included in your group tours?
Most tours include accommodation, transportation, select meals, activities, and the guidance of a trip leader. Details vary per tour.
What documents do I need for a tourist visa application?
It depends on the country but typically includes a valid passport, travel itinerary, proof of funds, employment or sponsor documents, and visa application forms.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No one can guarantee approval, but we help maximize your chances by ensuring your documents are complete, accurate, and properly presented.
Can you assist even if I’m outside your city or country?
Yes! Our services are available online, and we’ve helped clients from different parts of the Philippines and abroad.
What is a private tour?
